New Coasts and Posiedon's son

After watching Odysseus and his crew raid the Cicones, robbing and killing people, until 72 of Odysseus' men were killed and the rest driven out to sea, after seeing this I wasn't too sure I wanted to continue the journey any further. It seemed dangerous and Odysseus seemed to have a very hard drive. But I continued, we continued.....
We land on this bay across from cyclops land and keep our curiosities to ourselves. We feast on wine and wild goats as we observe the land of the cyclops. We then decide, on the third day after our arrival, that we should introduce ourselves to these beastly animals. So that we did. And what we found out is that the cyclops was defiantly no friend of ours. He was evil, rude, just a flat out jerk. He ate Odysseus' men and then laughed about it. He even told Odysseus that the gift he was going to give to him would be him being eaten last. Odysseus offered the cyclops some wine. He drank it and loved it, and asked for more. When the cyclops wanted to know Odysseus' name he brilliantly replied "Nohbdy." At first I didnt understand why he did such a thing, I later found out that it was a brilliant move to make. After the Cyclops fell asleep from the wine, we all worked together to sharpen a giant hand stick. As he peacefully slept unaware of his fate, we diligently worked to get that stick hot and sharp. When this was complete, we stabbed the cyclops right in the eye. He screamed and he yelled for help, yelling "Nohbdy, Nohbdy's tricked me, Nohbdy's ruined me!" and no one came. His Cyclops friends replied by telling him to pray to his father Poseidon. So now trapped in a cave with an angry blinded cyclops, we waited for Odysseus to take action. When the cyclops let his sheep out he was completely oblivious to the fact that we were all tightly tied to the under side of the sheep. Odysseus knew he would pat the tops of the sheep to ensure we were not riding out on them. If we couldnt ride ontop of them we had to ride under them, so we did and we escaped the cyclops cave. Then as we were sailing off safely Odysseus had to yell a smart remark back to the wounded and defeated cyclpos. He told him that his name was Odysseus. " Cyclops, if ever mortal man inquire how you were put to shame and blinded, tell him Odysseus, raider of cities, took your eye: Laertes' son, whose home's on Ithica." Why this was necessary to do is beyond me for it only led to further issues, but he did it, and it brought him great pride, so I sat there on Odysseus head with sweat pouring down both our faces, smiling at the sea that lay ahead without saying a word.
